Admission Policy:
St. Mary School does not unlawfully discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin, age, sex, or disability in the admission of students, the administration of educational polices, admission policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.

Tuition Policy:

While St. Mary School is dedicated to quality education, it has the same moral responsibility as its families to operate on a sound, budgeted, business-like basis. St. Mary School’s commitment to excellence functions best when the school can meet its financial obligations in a responsible manner. The timely receipt of your tuition payment is important.

Tuition is determined by number of children attending St. Mary School and the families’ involvement in parish life.

A family is described as "In Parish" if that family is registered, regularly participates in the life of the parish, especially celebrating weekly Mass and sharing a real gift on a consistent basis through the Offertory System. The size of the gift will vary according to the means of each family, though a weekly gift of $10 is considered reasonable. Additionally, a family must have completed their SRO obligation.

An "Out of Parish" family is described as Catholic, not registered at St. Mary’s and/or not active in this parish, and/or not participating regularly in the Parish Offertory Envelope system and/or CHILD is not baptized Catholic.

Tuition Payment Plans:

Three Tuition Payment Plans were created to allow families some flexibility in making tuition payments. These payment plans also allow the school to maintain cash flow that will enable the school to meet its financial obligations in a timely manner. Parents or Guardians select tuition payment plans that fit their needs. Families receiving tuition assistance from the Diocese or Parish are not eligible for either discount discussed in payment plan I or II. Tuition payments may be made under one of the following:

Payment Plan I: Entire amount paid by July 1with a 2% discount. Must be received by close of business July 5.
Payment Plan II: Two installments due July 1 and January 1 with a 1% discount. If the second payment is not paid by January 5th, a $25 late charge will be assessed and the payment plan reverts to Payment Plan III without discount.
Payment Plan III:

Twelve equal FACTS payments, due on the 5th and/or 20th day of each month beginning July 1
