PHILOSOPHY:
Junior high is one of the most exciting times of life. It is a joy to teach young adolescents because of their ability to think, process, and create intriguing and excellent products. Writing is one of my passions, and I hope to instill that in the students. The only way to become a great writer is to write, write, write. My other passion is drawing. and writing is like drawing. You sketch out your thoughts and eventually come up with a finished picture.

I have served on many WCEA/WASC accreditation teams and have chaired four of these teams. It is rewarding to find out what other schools are doing and be glad to come back to your own with new knowledge and energy.

In my free time I like to draw, to do counted cross stitch, to read, and to travel.
